The recall involves Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar 12 fluid ounce aluminum cans, sold in 12-pack and 24-pack cartons. These products were produced under the authority of CB Manufacturing Company, Inc. at 5829 Pepsi Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

The specific product being recalled is identified by the production code XXXXRS05165 with a best-by date of February 16, 2026. A total of 19,203 cases—consisting of both 12-pack and 24-pack units—are included in the recall.

The recall was initiated on May 23, 2025, and is currently ongoing. The affected products were distributed to Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Notification to consignees was made by letter. No public press release has been issued regarding this recall as of now.
