As part of the ongoing culvert replacement project on Sunningdale Lane, a water line relocation is scheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2025, beginning at 8:30 a.m. A contractor for the City of Statesville will be moving the water line to support infrastructure improvements in the area.
Residents in the affected area will experience a temporary water outage, which is expected to last approximately 8 to 9 hours. Service is anticipated to be restored by 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Homeowners impacted by the outage were notified earlier today. If any changes to the schedule occur, updates will be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
The City of Statesville appreciates the community’s patience as this work is completed.
