Statesville, NC – January 28, 2025 – On Monday, January 27, 2025, at approximately 3:00 PM, members of the U.S. Marshals Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Chance Jalieb Jamison in Mecklenburg County. Jamison, a convicted felon, was in possession of a firearm at the time of his arrest and faces charges related to this offense.
Jamison has been identified as the suspect in the armed robberies of three Dollar General stores in Statesville earlier this month. He was served with multiple outstanding warrants issued by the Statesville Police Department, including:
- Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony Conspiracy
- Second-Degree Kidnapping
- Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
Jamison also faces warrants for similar offenses from other surrounding agencies.
Following his arrest, Jamison was transported to the Gaston County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
