On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Joshua Andrew Moore and Jazmin Marie Webb, who were found hiding in a trailer behind a residence on Davis Trail Lane near Troutman.

The arrests followed a burglary report on the morning of Monday, May 5, at a home on Ginger Lane. Deputies identified Moore, 37, as a suspect, but he had fled the scene. Investigators later learned Moore sought medical treatment at a Charlotte-area hospital, but left before deputies could reach him.

The following day, investigators tracked Moore and Webb to a trailer behind 129 Davis Trail Lane. Deputies secured the area and called Moore out after detecting movement. He surrendered without incident. Webb was then located inside the trailer.

Both individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators are continuing to gather information related to the burglary.

Joshua Andrew Moore faces charges including felony first-degree burglary, felony larceny after breaking and entering, misdemeanor assault on a female, and misdemeanor simple assault. He was held without bond following an appearance before Magistrate S. Nicholson.

Jazmin Marie Webb was charged with felony first-degree burglary, felony aid and abet first-degree burglary, and misdemeanor assault. Magistrate R. Imes also issued no bond in her case.
