Statesville’s favorite Thanksgiving tradition returns tonight as the annual Turkey Bingo event kicks off at the Statesville Civic Center. Families, friends, and community members are invited to enjoy an evening of fun, prizes, and seasonal cheer.
Participants will have the chance to win turkeys, hams, and gift cards during two sessions. Cards are $5 each, with proceeds supporting Special Olympics Iredell County. Payments can be made by cash or check.
Food and beverages will be available on-site, with Tumbleweed Coffee Cafe offering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while Waffle Chick will serve chicken and waffles, chicken and fries, and a variety of dessert waffles.
Turkey Bingo takes place Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Statesville Civic Center. Session 1 will run from 4 to 5 p.m. (doors open at 3 p.m.), and Session 2 from 7 to 8 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.).
Organizers encourage the community to come out, enjoy the festivities, and help support a meaningful cause.
