The Town of Troutman is gearing up for its annual Troutman Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 6. Festivities will begin at 11 a.m., as floats, marching bands, and community groups make their way from Old Murdock Road to Eastway Drive, concluding at Troutman Baptist Church.
Town officials advise residents and visitors that Old Murdock Road and Eastway Drive will be closed beginning at 10:40 a.m. and will remain closed until the parade ends. Drivers are encouraged to plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time in the area.
The parade is expected to draw families from throughout Troutman and the surrounding communities to celebrate the holiday season, enjoy festive decorations, and watch local groups showcase their holiday spirit. Organizers hope the event will provide a joyful start to the Christmas season for both children and adults alike.
Residents are encouraged to arrive early to secure viewing spots along the parade route and to enjoy the festive atmosphere in downtown Troutman.
