On Saturday, October 5, at approximately 9:15 a.m., an unidentified woman entered the Food Lion grocery store located at 520 North Main Street in Troutman. According to the Troutman Police Department, the woman exited the store with a shopping cart containing numerous items and left the premises without paying for them.
Authorities have not released the total value of the merchandise taken or any additional details about the vehicle the suspect may have used. Investigators have shared surveillance images of the woman in hopes that members of the public can assist in identifying her.
