On September 17 at approximately 9:35 a.m., the Town of Troutman Police Department responded to a report of a larceny in progress at Tractor Supply, located at 138 Tractor Way.
When officers arrived, they located one of the suspects, identified as Mikayla McCray, 28, of Charlotte. The second suspect, identified as Willie Wigfal, 44, of Monks Corner, South Carolina, had fled the area on foot before officers arrived.
Investigators determined that the suspects had taken trail cameras and tool kits valued at more than $1,600. McCray was arrested and charged with felony larceny. She was taken before a magistrate and ordered held without bond, as she was already out on bond for other charges.
An arrest warrant has been obtained for Wigfal and remains pending service.
