In preparation for the 2025 Statesville Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, November 1, several streets in Downtown Statesville will be temporarily closed to ensure safety and accommodate festival activities.
Downtown Statesville Development Corporation and the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce are asking all businesses, residents, and visitors to remove vehicles from the affected areas by 6 p.m. on Friday, October 31.
The following streets will close beginning at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 1:
- Broad Street (from Tradd Street to Mulberry Street)
- Center Street (from Water Street to Front Street)
- Meeting Street (from West End Avenue to West Front Street)
- Cooper Street
No detour routes will be posted, so drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes.
