On September 25 at approximately 1:10 p.m., officers located a broken-down RV in the 400 block of North Main Street. A records check revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen from Titusville, Pennsylvania.
The RV was occupied by Michael Nelson, 35, and Stephanie Warner, 33, both of Pennsylvania. Authorities determined Nelson also had an outstanding federal warrant for violation of pretrial release.
Both individuals were arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. They were taken before a magistrate, where Nelson was given a $20,000 secured bond and Warner a $10,000 secured bond.
