Statesville, NC – February 14, 2025 – The Statesville Police Department (SPD) is requesting assistance from the community in identifying two individuals involved in a larceny at a local Dollar General store on February 12, 2025.
According to police reports, the two individuals entered the store, each with a shopping cart, and filled them with various items. As they attempted to leave without paying, an employee confronted them. The suspects allegedly assaulted the employee before fleeing the scene with the stolen merchandise. They were last seen loading the items into a gray Nissan before driving away.
Authorities have provided the following descriptions of the suspects:
🔹 Suspect 1: Black male wearing a baseball hat, gray hoodie, dark jacket, and light-colored pants.
🔹 Suspect 2: Black male wearing a two-toned hoodie, dark pants, and athletic shoes.
