Yesterday, pavement repair work began on the Fourth Creek Greenway in Statesville, between the Statesville Fitness & Activity Center and East Broad Street. During this time, portions of the greenway will be closed.
The access parking lot on East Broad Street will be closed today, August 21, 2025. Once work is completed on the initial segment, repairs will continue on the section between Davie Avenue and Free Nancy.
Officials say updates will be shared as the project moves forward.
