The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office has launched its fall narcotics enforcement operation, following a months-long investigation into illegal drug activity across the county.

Yesterday morning, deputies with the Narcotics Division and ACE Team began executing search warrants at multiple locations. As part of the coordinated effort, deputies knocked on doors and took into custody individuals identified as continuing to sell illegal narcotics in the community.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, this enforcement action marks the first phase of a larger, ongoing initiative. Additional arrests are expected as detectives continue working through a list of suspects developed during the investigation.

Officials emphasized that this operation is part of a sustained effort to combat drug activity in Iredell County. The Sheriff’s Office regularly conducts narcotics operations aimed at identifying drug houses, targeting repeat offenders, and disrupting illegal drug networks.

A full release detailing arrests and charges will be issued once the operation concludes.
