Search Warrant Leads to Arrest in Statesville Drug Investigation

STATESVILLE, NC – The Statesville Police Department executed a search warrant on Friday, August 22, 2025, at a residence located at 1011 Wilmington Avenue.

The warrant followed a nearly six-month drug investigation. During the search, investigators reported finding crack cocaine and MDMA that had been pressed into pills with unique identifiers.

As a result, 48-year-old Kaseem Alie Miller of Statesville was arrested and charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver (PWISD) Cocaine. Magistrate Watkins set Miller’s bond at $40,000 secured.

Police said additional charges related to the search warrant are expected.
