The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating 16-year-old Nevaeh Lavon Smart, who has been reported missing.
Nevaeh was last seen in the area of West Iredell High School. She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a light blue or grey sweatsuit and blue Lilo and Stitch slide shoes with black socks. She is also known to carry a pink backpack, a white North Face backpack, or a black and brown duffel-style bag.
Anyone who has seen Nevaeh or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office at 704-878-3100 or call 911. Authorities are asking the public to share this information to help bring her home safely.
