Newton Woman Arrested on Drug Charges Linked to Iredell County Investigation

Ashley Lynn Jordan, age 39, of Burris Road in Newton, was arrested on Wednesday, April 16, by deputies with the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. Jordan is facing felony and misdemeanor drug-related charges stemming from an investigation in Iredell County.

According to official reports, Jordan has been charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges were issued in Iredell County, but she was taken into custody in neighboring Catawba County.
