The North Carolina Department of Transportation has announced scheduled construction and maintenance activities in Mooresville for the week of June 30.
Crews will be hauling dirt both day and night between Highway 21 and Interstate 77. Work will also include the installation of storm drainage and the relocation of water backflow devices in the same area.
Additional operations include clearing land between Perth Road and Waddell Road, as well as removing high mast lighting at Interstate 77.
Drivers in Mooresville are encouraged to use caution, be prepared for possible delays, and follow any detours or traffic directions in place.
The NCDOT thanks the public for their continued patience as these infrastructure improvements move forward.
