Iredell County authorities have confirmed that Mary Jane Phillips, a 73-year-old woman who was reported missing in Western Iredell County, has been found safe.
Phillips was last seen on Eufola Road wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, a black long-sleeve shirt, gray and white shoes, and had shoulder-length hair. Law enforcement, including the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, deployed drones and bloodhound canines in the search effort.
Officials have not yet released details on where she was found, but they have expressed gratitude to the community for sharing information and assisting in the search. No further assistance is needed at this time.
