Rev. Leonard Lee Middleton, Jr. ,75 of Statesville, NC passed away July 2, 2025 after an extended illness. He was born May 30, 1950 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Leonard Middleton, Sr. and Alma Darty Middleton. Lenny served in the US Army and later retired from the hospital. After retirement in 2014, he moved to Statesville, NC. He also served as an Assistant Pastor at St. Joseph Baptist Church.
Lenny is survived by sons; Chris Haigh (Mary), Allen Harris, Terry McMullen (Ashley), Anthony Harris, Antoine Harris & David Gray, daughters Teresa Bennett & Sharron Harris, adopted children Zeyrae Middleton, Jahaira Middleton & Leonard Middleton III, brother Randolph Middleton, Sr., sisters Madelyn Mathis & Claudette Laster, along with 24 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
