“I was drawn to Iredell Health System by the opportunity to start an ENT practice from the
ground up. I want to work with administration and support staff in a community-based health
system with a team effort where everyone comes together to provide excellent ENT care for the
community.”

Brink places emphasis on his patients’ understanding of their treatment plan.
“My approach to medical care includes a patient centered approach by learning about the patient
both personally and about their ENT related medical problems. I educate my patients in the
anatomy and physiology related to their problems and provide a stepwise approach to treatment.
My goals for my patients are for them to have a good understanding and education of their ENT
related problems and provide them with a pathway for treatment to improve their health and
quality of life.”

Brink understands the importance of building relationships with his patients.
“I am a personable, enthusiastic and compassionate person with a great attitude. I enjoy meeting
new patients and continuing patient relationships from both a personal and professional
standpoint.”

Brink, having five adult children and four grandchildren, is passionate about his family. He is an
animal lover with three dogs, two horses, and a cat. He enjoys playing golf, pickleball, working
in the yard and collecting Hotwheels® diecast cars. You can often catch him cheering on the
Florida gators. Fun fact: Brink also holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public
Accountant.
