Fundraiser Launched After Statesville Plane Crash

STATESVILLE — Authorities continue to investigate a fatal plane crash at Statesville Regional Airport that claimed seven lives, including Craig Wadsworth, on December 18, 2025.

The small business jet went down shortly after takeoff, and the aircraft was destroyed on impact. All seven people on board were pronounced dead at the scene. No survivors were reported.
