Early voting is underway for the 2025 City of Statesville Municipal Election, and nearly 1,000 residents have already cast their ballots.
According to the Iredell County Board of Elections, more than 19,900 voters are registered within the city limits. Local officials are encouraging residents to take advantage of early voting to help ensure a strong turnout for this year’s election.
Early voting allows registered voters to cast their ballots before Election Day without providing a specific reason for doing so. The process offers convenience and flexibility for those who may be unable to vote on November 4.
Early voting is taking place at the following locations:
- Iredell County Board of Elections, 203 Stockton Street, Statesville
- War Memorial Building, 220 N. Maple Street, Mooresville
Voting hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through October 31. Saturday voting will be available on October 25 and November 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Election Day for the City of Statesville Municipal Election is Tuesday, November 4. Polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
