The City of Statesville, NC, has announced an update to the mailing address for utility bill payments. Effective immediately, residents who pay their utility bills by mail should send payments to the following new address:

Important Reminders:
- Payments sent to the previous address (P.O. Box 63013) may be delayed or returned. Residents are encouraged to update their records and begin using the new address for all future mailed payments.
- If you use your bank’s online bill pay service, please ensure the mailing address is updated in your bank’s system. Many banks still issue paper checks, and using the outdated address may result in delays or returned payments.

- Pay in person: Visit the City Customer Service Office at 301 S. Center St., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Drive-thru service is available during the same hours.)
