Starting Memorial Day Weekend 2025, Carolina Harbor Waterpark at Carowinds will introduce a new destination designed exclusively for adult guests. The Carolina Harbor Shore Club is a 21-and-over retreat, offering a more relaxed and sophisticated experience away from the family-oriented main park.
The Shore Club aims to create a laid-back atmosphere for adult visitors seeking relaxation or casual recreation. Central to this new area is Paul Metto’s Boathouse Bar, a full-service swim-up bar allowing guests to enjoy cocktails and refreshments without leaving the water.
The new addition also features a lawn game area with options like cornhole and giant Jenga®, encouraging social interaction in a low-pressure, fun environment. For those looking for an upgraded experience, the Shore Club offers six private cabanas for rent. These cabanas come equipped with a mini fridge, flat screen TV, and a dedicated server, catering to guests who prefer a more personalized touch.
The Shore Club enforces a strict 21-and-over policy. Valid identification is required for entry.
