The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public’s help in locating 40-year-old Ricky Dean Clinton, who is wanted on multiple serious charges, including human trafficking of a child, indecent liberties with a child, first-degree kidnapping, sexual servitude of a minor, delivering a controlled substance to a minor, and statutory rape.
Investigators believe Clinton may be in North Carolina and are offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to his arrest.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, the search for Clinton has become a coordinated effort between federal authorities and local law enforcement agencies. Officials say the allegations against him pose a significant concern for community safety, particularly for vulnerable children.
Anyone with information is urged to report it immediately. Tips can be submitted anonymously by texting Task Force Officer Terry at 704-813-6844 or by contacting the U.S. Marshals Service or a local law enforcement agency.
Authorities stress that public cooperation plays a crucial role in bringing wanted individuals into custody and in protecting communities from further harm.
